This Vintage 1980s Victor Costa dress is a stunner for any occasion where you’d like to be the star of the show. The fabric is silky and the entire dress is lined in a similar feeling lining. The ruching is very flattering and there is a rubberized band to reduce slipping around the top edge of the dress. Sizing is listed as a 6 but runs more like a 2. Could probably be worn by a 0 or 4 even as it’s pretty forgiving. Features a zipper along the left side.
