A classic waffle knit mid-neck cut-and-sew from Jackman.

The big waffle fabric has a warm look and a plump, thick feel, while also being durable. To prevent stretching and shrinking from wearing and washing, the rolled fabric after knitting is unraveled and left for 24 hours. By returning the fabric to its natural state, the stressed areas are restored, resulting in a fabric that is less likely to lose its shape and can be worn for a long time. The main seams are flat-seamed to prevent bulkiness. This reduces stress on the skin when worn, making the parts that touch the skin directly comfortable. The neckline, cuffs, and hem use a light, stiff needle-punched rib, so there is almost no stretching or shrinking during washing. The design is based on a thick, cold-weather baseball undershirt, with a relaxed body width to look good even when worn as a single layer. Craftsmen in our own factory assemble the garment with skill and care using specialized sewing machines.
