Rare Handmade Raggedy Ann Style Doll with Patchwork Dress & Multicolored Hair

I discovered a stunning Raggedy Ann style doll recently that appears to be completely hand made. She features unique multicolored hair, cute button eyes, button nose and a hand sewn smile. She's wearing a beautifully handmade, fully lined patchwork quilt dress decorated with hand sewn details, ribbons, beads and buttons. Real children's shoes on her feet are by "American☆Kids," a brand that no longer exists as far as I can tell. I couldn't find any info at all about it online.

Under her dress she's wearing what looks like real children's panty hose. She is 22" tall. I'm guessing she's at least a 1990's crestion, though she's in like-new condition. But she could be earlier or later. I've searched for days and found nothing quite like her. Her wild hair, hand made features and quality craftsmanship are totally unique and special. She'll really stand out in any doll collection, especially if you really love Raggedy Ann style dolls. In excellent pre-owned condition.
