This vintage Cabbage Patch Kids striped preemie romper and matching hat seems to be a bit on the RARE side. I replaced the elastic throughout the romper and even in the matching hat. It will now fit your CPK preemie great without the need for pins or rubber bands. It is NOW in very good vintage condition. Please see all pics as they are part of the description. It comes from my smoke free home. Sold AS IS.
